This Antler and Wood handle hunting knife was found in a trunk that belonged to
the Customer's Grand-Father. The black, belt sheath was too large to hold
the blade securely so we made a molded sheath to stabilize and hold the knife
firmly and still allow it to be removed easily.
I got one of these straps from Steve and they're great! I would
recommend them to anyone looking to replace their strap & chain. Eric -

Pewter Buckle by Robin Lous of
www.kiltgoodies.com on our Celtic Knot Embossed belt in Black leather.
We made this Hi-Gloss belt for a customers Irish Regiment Buckle.
Molded Leather sgian dubh Sheath. This replaced the stock sheath that came with the sgian dubh to prevent the possibility of cutting expensive kilt hose, hold the sgian dubh more securely and make it easier to re-sheath the sgian dubh.
Small Pouch. This size is perfect for a child's sporran or a ladies pouch/purse. Made from a pebbled soft chap leather. Closure is a brass claw clasp. Approximately 6" x 5".
These are absolutely superb. Excellent workmanship and the leather is top quality. Man, you should sell a TON of these!! Sandy - North Carolina
Sandy is also a returning customer who asked that we provide the sporran straps for his Groomsmen. Sandy - North Carolina
Custom Knife Sheath. We replaced the stock clip-on sheath for this knife with a fitted sheath to hang low from the belt. This sheath is over 13" long and was made from the same 9/10 oz. bridle leather we make our belts.
Celtic Knot belt and coordinating sporran strap
paired with a custom sporran by Tom Hays.
First of all, let me tell you that there is no comparison to any other belt I
own. The leather is really soft and the backside is smooth as a baby's bottom.
Steve did great work and, in addition, is a really nice guy!
2.5"
Dark Brown Celtic Knot Embossed Belt with OLW Sporran hangers.
Secondly, this belt is HEAVY. I placed it on a scale and it weighed in at over 4 pounds! This is heavier than the kilt I am wearing in the following picture! While it is heavy, it feels really nice around the waist. For those of us who shop in the MENS section, it is a nice adjustment. Likewise, being a man of substance, this belt gives a nice look to the overall outfit. Mike - Georgia
3" Celtic Knot Embossed Kilt Belt - (sporran hangers by others)
I got my 3 inch belt yesterday and took it for a stroll today.
This thing is HEAVY DUTY!! It's about 1/8th inch thick and weighs a bunch.
Some of the comments I got included "Nice belt!" 'Way cool!" "Where did you get
that belt? It's great!" I have absolutely no qualms about this belt being
able to hold up my sizeable front. Heck, you could pull trucks out of the mud
with this thing! Oh yeah, just in case you are unsure, I LIKE IT! Thanks

My straps arrived today and they look amazing!! They are super quality and I
highly recommend them to anyone. Andy - Japan *Shown above with 2-1/2" kilt belt with

Standard
sporran strap with
Freelander Sporran.
The strap is nice and heavy but pliant. The
finish is very good both on the flat surfaces and the edges. It does not look
like this is going to fray or stretch any time soon. The hardware is a
nice shiny nickel and was a bit larger than I expected. I was a little
concerned about it being too large and flashy but when I put it on to go out
with my Freelander Mark III (black) it looked REALLY nice. And the clips are big
enough to easily attach and detach the sporran. Workmanship: I'm not
qualified to rate leather work but I will say that to my untrained eye it looks
very nice. It looks very neatly executed with much attention to detail.
All in all I'm very happy with this strap and expect to order a brown one very
soon. Dee - Virginia
The very best sporran straps on the market. Made of the finest quality leather,
15mm wide, 4mm thick, heavy duty brass or nickel fittings...A must for casual
kilt wear! Robin - Kiltgoodies.com - The Netherlands
I was very pleased to find that the leather Steve
used is considerably softer and the clips are much easier to open. The clips are
also very heavy duty. I get the feeling that this sporran strap will last me a
very long time. The only complaint I can make about it, is that it's a wee bit
short and I have to wear it on the last hole. Now, to be honest that's my fault.
Although I'm generally thin I have a lot of junk in the trunk, as it were, so I
should have ordered a couple of inches longer. However, there is still 4.5" of
overlap left in case I need to make another hole. Mark - Virginia
Just received my brown and black belts in the mail. Very nice - I
couldn't be happier, thanks. Steve hand makes the
finest sporran belts I've ever seen. Period. You can wear the
standard (cheap) chrome chain-and-black-split-hide-leather sporran belt that
comes free with almost any sporran you buy (and well worth the price!!),
or you can look into a fine handmade belt that will last a lifetime or three and
look damn good for a remarkably reasonable price. Trust me. Buy one
or two before Steve realizes he's under-priced them. They're really nice.

I second that motion. I've got a set, and haven't worn a chain since they
arrived.

This is one fine piece of leather, and the craftsmanship that was put into this
strap is great. It is the little details that really make it something, the
clasps are great and will last a very long time, he had a very nice piece of
leather that hold down the extra leather after going through the buckle so it
isn't flapping around. I am very happy with the strap Keith -

Got the Sporran strap today. This is EXACTLY what I've been
looking for. Just didn't know where to find it. ... And the old school metal
chain thing I own pinches the waist and is a pain when needing to use the
bathroom or even just getting dressed in the first place. This is worth every
penny. Thank You! Gordon - Texas
